Grab a copy? Do you want to read 200 pages about Louis Theroux's not-quite-friendship with Jimmy Savile? Because if you do, ' Gotta Get Theroux This ' will be great for you. If you don't, the afterword of this book literally includes the words "Most of the criticisms [of this book] are to do with an overabundance of material about Jimmy Savile". Inspiring because I put it down smack in the middle of a sentence to cancel my gym membership because you’re right Liz, why am I paying to go to a building away from everything I love to exercise when I could exercise with the people (and pets) that I love. Inspiring because after finishing this book I immediately moved to my computer to start this blog, after coffee but before breakfast. Let’s take a few steps back. In my early years as a corporate drone, working in an ‘admin’ role that really meant ‘the tasks that are too dull for the  real  employees to do’ I started reading about this thing called ‘Financial Independence’ and quickly realised two things – 1. I wanted it, and 2. Gosh it was boring to read about. With the exception of very few shining beacons, the writing out there
